Transparency

We are committed to the principles of openness and transparency. We are dedicated to providing timely and detailed data about the Commissioner’s decisions, financial dealings and all of the other areas listed below. We also continuously look for new ways to share information that can help others understand who we are and what we do.

The Office of the PCC received the CoPaCC Transparency Quality Mark for 2021, an award from an independent body that recognises our compliance with all of the transparency and disclosure requirements that are set out for PCCs in legislation and Home Office guidance.
